For most business data you enter into the Platform, you are the data controller, and Prosite acts as your processor or service provider under applicable privacy laws.

However, for limited operational purposes—such as improving our software, security monitoring, analytics, and fraud prevention—Prosite may act as a data controller. In those cases, our processing follows the principles in this Privacy Policy.

This arrangement helps ensure compliance with CCPA/CPRA and GDPR-equivalent standards without requiring a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) immediately.

6. Your Rights and Choices

• Access and update your account information anytime
• Request deletion of your data (subject to retention requirements)
• Opt out of marketing communications using unsubscribe links
• Disable cookies in your browser settings

Our Platform is intended for business users age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we discover such data, we will promptly delete it.
