ProBusinessTools Store PortalThe store portal is equipped with a powerful new set of tools based on our ground breaking service management software, ProBusinessTools®. The store portal creates a point-of-sale scheduling interface so the client can easily maintain the same power and customizability of ProBusinessTools with an interface that is both functional and user friendly. Login: A simple username and password is all that is required to login. This instantly gives an employee, or customer, the power to schedule installations at the point-of-sale or from the comfort of their home. Customer info: Customer Info. is an information gathering page that requires the proper fields to be filled out before proceeding. This information is used by the ProBusinessTools software to generate a list of dates that correspond to available technicians. Calendar: Once the proper information has been verified, a calendar with dates will appear. At this point a customer can select a date and time from the available slots on the calendar.
