Start Page: Our Start Page displays statistical information about your company in real-time, keeping you up to date on important information that can impact your business.

Menu Bar: The Menu Bar is available at the top of every major page in the software and is a roll over type menu. Simply rolling your mouse pointer over a category, on the menu bar (i.e. Main, Control Panel, Users, Accounting, Work Orders, Sales, Inventory and Customers) will highlight the active item and open a dropdown menu.

Company Info: The company information (Orders, Sales, Issues and Appointment Availability) that is presented on the Start Page varies based on your login. As an administrator, all of the information will be available, but your staff and installer will only see the information that pertains to them. By setting each employee\’s permissions you choose what they see. Clicking on a underlined number next to an item, will take you to the search page for that category with the criteria used for the search (example: clicking the number next to ’Scheduled’ under the ‘Orders’ heading will open the Order Search page with results for the scheduled items search).

Suggestion Program: We gladly accept suggestions to improve our software. Unfortunately, we are unable to incorporate every suggestion we receive, but we have created a way for you to have a say. At the bottom of the Start Page you will see two title bars: Top Suggestions, listing the five suggestions that have the highest vote (all companies have a say) and Latest Completed Suggestion, listing the last five suggestions completed.
