Inventory Management: By using our service management software you can maintain an accurate accounting of your inventory. We provide you with tools to enter, search and edit your serialized equipment, products and services. Our software also works with barcode scanners for inserting your bar-coded equipment.

Inventory Creation: Standard forms are available to load your products and services. Your serialized equipment can be entered using a barcode scanner or by file upload. Equipment can be sorted by SKU, category, preferred vendor, ecommerce status or by your own customized criteria.

Product or Service Search: You can search for products and services by various criteria narrowing your search to an individual product. From this page you also have the ability to group parts into kits, which can be used to further organize your commonly used inventory items. The bottom of the search page presents you with a table that shows all of the parts based on the search criteria. From the table you can edit, delete, or copy your parts. Also you have the ability to open a spreadsheet style form with all of your parts and edit them from there.

Equipment Tracker: This section is used to track your larger more expensive serialized equipment. Equipment can be entered using a hand-held barcode scanner, by uploading a spread sheet or manually entering the items. The search works like the other searches in the software, giving you a variety of criteria to select from and displays your results in a table below. We also give you the ability to consign individual pieces of equipment to your installers and subcontractors and numerous reports are available to help you determine where your money’s at.
